MR C

Mr C is a legendary DJ, producer, rapper and club promoter. He was the front man for rave band The Shamen and also the man behind the infamous End nightclub.

In 1995 Mr C launched the End nightclub in London, it was open for 14 years and in it’s heyday was known as one of the best club venues in the world.
Mr C started promoting his Superfreq club events in 2002. Superfreq continues to host regular parties in London and has also hosted parties in Los Angeles and Calais. Superfreq is also a successful music label with many releases from top artists.

As a DJ Mr C has headlined at many of the best clubs in the world. He started DJing at the early acid house raves in London in the late eighties and he continues to delight clubbers on dance floors to this day.

AFFY GO BANG

Affy Go Bang is a co-founder of Dance For Peace.
Affy is a long-time purveyor of fine house music and sophisticated disco. He has been promoting clubs and festivals in the Brighton area for many years. Co founder of House of Go Bang, resident of legendary House collective Faith and founding member of Brighton Ballroom Community who intends to put Brighton on the vogue ballroom map.
In addition to DJing Affy is an active member of Queers for Palestine.

SOPHIE JOY

Sophie Joy is a Brighton based DJ, radio show host and singer.
Sophie reguarly DJs at the some of the best venues in London as well Brighton. She often DJs in Europe, including at top venues in Paris and Ibiza. She also DJs on the festival circuit with the highlight for 2024 being the Glastonbury Festival.

NICK HOOK

Nick Hook is a co-founder of Dance For Peace.
Nick began his DJ/producer career back in the early days of the house music revolution.
Since then he has released well over 200 tracks which have been released on some of the biggest house music labels, including FFRR, Zulu Records, Motive Records, Freakin909, In It Together Records, Whartone, Hed Kandi, Whore House, Revoke Music, Whoop!, Distinctive, Loaded, Traded Music, Go Deeva Light, PlayedIt Records, Ulybug, Vamos, React, Om, Renaissance, Phonetic, AATW, Limbo, Stress and DMC.
He has also released many singles – as well as his acclaimed studio album Asylum Earth – on his own label Jeepers! Music.

Nick has DJ’d in clubs all over the UK as well as overseas, where he has headlined at major venues in Russia, Ukraine, Poland, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Kazakhstan and Ibiza.
He is resident DJ and promoter of two of Brighton’s most successful club brands, Tech-noir Club and Bad Dog Club.

SCOTT DIAZ

Scott Diaz is one of the most exciting and respected DJs on today’s underground house music scene.
As well as being a skillful DJ he’s a highly successful producer, sound designer, engineer and songwriter.
Scott has honed his craft since the late 90s and developed a sizeable fan base for his music, which has been released on top labels such as Defected, D-Vine Sounds, Simma Black, Peppermint Jam and Nervous Records.

Scott has performed at clubs all over the UK as well as many countries abroad including the USA, Mexico, South Africa, Ibiza, France and Portugal. He has headlined at some of the biggest nightclubs and appeared at leading festivals including Defected Croatia, We Are FSTVL and Glastonbury. Scott has made many radio appearances and been featured in numerous publications. He also appears frequently on panels at the Brighton Music Conference.

EVL TOM

Evil Tom is one of Brighton’s most popular DJ/producers.
As one half of Evil Nine Tom is a pioneer of UK breakbeat culture, and he has DJ’d at major club venues all over the UK and abroad.
His recent solo album, ‘Absolute Melt’, was released to critical acclaim on the Out Yer Box label, which is the sister imprint to Irvine Welsh’s label Jack Said What.

Tom has a monthly radio show on Brighton’s leading radio station, 1BTN, and he continues to DJ regularly at Brighton’s top night clubs.

WILDBLOOD & QUEENIE

Wildblood & Queenie is the brightest, loudest and proudest DJ partnership in Brighton. Kate Wildblood and Josephine Queenie Bourne have been DJing together for more than 30 years and are an integral part of Brighton’s disco and clubbing history.

They self-describe as ‘two queers who are old enough to know better’ and they have played at all the best club events and venues in Brighton. The list includes gigs at Brighton Pride, Patterns, Horse Meat Disco, House Of Go Bang, Wild Fruit, Club Barbra, Sunday Sundae, The Syndicate Party, Daze, Volks Nightclub, The Tempest and many more.
Kate and Queenie are true disco connoisseurs who love to play their brand of disco and disco infused house grooves in the city they love.

Wildblood & Queenie have a twice-monthly radio show on Brighton’s best known radio station, 1BTN, where they share the music they love with lessons and laughter from a lifetime together down the discotheque.

BRUNO NUMERO UNO

Bruno Numero Uno is one of Brighton’s most popular DJs, and he hosts a weekly radio show on 1BTN FM.

Bruno is known for his deep and funky house sets but he can also play main room tech house sets. He is one of the most in demand DJs in Brighton, playing every weekend at the best venues in the city.

ANDY SIMMS

Andy Simms is a DJ, producer and long-time record collector.
He’s as happy DJing on sunny beaches as he is at festivals, dark sweaty basements or under the stars.

Andy is a member of Soft Rocks and a resident DJ at Brighton’s Kinfolk parties. He has DJ’d around the world, including at clubs in Ibiza, Amsterdam, Berlin, Oslo and Croatia.

Andy had a radio show on 1BTN FM for five years. He’s had records released on Soft Rocks Disco, Powerplay, ESP Institute, Cynic and Kinfolk. And the many artists he’s remixed include Red Axes, I’m A Cliche and MGMT.

NINA CARINA

Nina Carina is a DJ, singer, poet, producer and songwriter, as well as a promoter for G3T LOO5E events and owner of G3T Creative LTD.

With a DJ style that has been referred to as ‘reassuringly filthy’, Nina is fuelled by passion and has a creative flair that brings her unique twist and warm energy to every event she plays at.

She began her deep dive into the world of electronic dance music whilst growing up in her hometown of Brixton. She is now based in the thriving musical hub and party town of Brighton where she is well established within the music scene.

Nina’s recent releases include her solo track ‘Reckless’ on Sagmen Music and ‘Lost Inside’ on Silent Storm Records, with Chemical Play. She is the featured vocalist on ‘Utopia’ and ‘Outsiders’ by Nick Hook, both released on Jeepers! Music.

MICK FULLER

Mick Fuller is a legendary house and soul DJ who has been been involved in Brighton’s dance music scene since its early days.

Mick’s adaptability and good musical taste has been the secret to his success. He loves to play all styles of soulful dance music from rare groove and disco through to deep and soulful house.
As a guest DJ he’s been welcomed everywhere, from international house nights like Soul Heaven and Defected In The House to old school hip-hop jams and original soul sessions.

Mick’s SoulShyne Soulful Dance Session radio show is now broadcast on over 30 stations worldwide. It has spread from the south coast of England across the UK, many parts of Europe and beyond, with a definitive mix of old school soul, funk anthems, disco classics and smooth soulful house.
